  3. Store images, videos in a location, way that is not a publicly-accessible S3 bucket

    Although the names of these assets, and hence their URIs, would be near impossible to guess, this is essentially security-by-obscurity, and allows anyone who has gotten hold of one of our image/video URIs to share it with the world. We would be much happier if these assets had IAM around them.
