Just-in-time user provisioning via SAML SSO
It would be awesome if we could provision users "just-in-time" via SAML SSO with a specified default user type so users would be provisioned in basic form when they first log in. The next step would be to accept a SAML assertion that could be mapped to groups and/or roles in Manifestly.

Due time set in advance (not by duration)
In addition to the expected duration functionality, having a way of selecting a particular time that a task needs to be completed by instead. This seems more intuitive for recurring tasks that need to be completed by particular times in the day (as opposed to calculating the number of hours from when the checklist is run).

billing per Active monthly user
I would charge per ACTIVE MONTHLY USER... that way one would rollout Manifestly to more staff... and know that you will be billed only when users use it.
If not I start with a small team.. and only invite more staff if I see lots of use cases.
If you take an Monthly Active Users for billing.. the revenue might go down at the beginning.. but in the long term.. will be higher.

Allow HTML in detailed content
This will allow us to embed text formatting, images (without using manifestly's space), divs, external forms (such as google) and more.

Automatic E-mail sending WITHOUT Zapier
Have automatic steps that send e-mail with ability to use variables.
Even though this is achievable by zapier, we prefer as clients to use a $30 bugdet to buy users for manifestly instead of paying for a third-party tool for a functionality that can be easily built.
Also, from a business perspective we understand that Manifeslty should try to keep that income for them instead of giving it away to Zapier. :D

Cross department / teams workflows
Hability to add roles and people from others teams/departments without the need of creating the role or person to each team/department from which the workflow belongs.
For example, you have the workflow "software update", which belongs to the IT department, but, within it has a step that belongs to the role "OP Manager", while "Op Manager" is a role from the "Operations Department".
The goal is to be able to create the workflow within the "IT Dept" and asign steps to any other role in any other department, making it a "Cross Department workflow/checklist".

Generated Backups of workflows
We had a situation where someone edited a workflow and completely written over it due it. If I had a weekly backup of workflows that were generated into a PDF file, that would make us feel so much more at peace.

Ability to assign multiple users to a step or role
I am looking for the ability to assign multiple people to a step or role on a checklist. This is more for a backup sake, if I am out of the office, it would be nice for my coworkers to get notified that we have a checklist to complete, and not just me being notified.

Duplicate a Step Option
Sometimes when using the conditional formatting, steps are reused for other sections. Is it possible to add a feature to duplicate a step so users don't have to create a step in a checklist from scratch? This would save time, instead of having to create a new one and reformat it entirely if it mostly resembles another one.

Add an option for notifications to only email once it is time for your task to be completed.
I saw a suggestion to require tasks to be completed in order. I believe I saw that it is an "in progress" change.
Once this is in place, it would be nice to have the choice to not notify the assigned people of the checklist until it is time for their task(s) to be completed. This could be a choice made once someone clicks "Use Workflow", or it could be checkbox option at the workflow settings portion.
Some of our checklists need to notify everyone from the beginning, while others take awhile to complete, making it hard to manage when…

Add Highlight as a formatting option in the details pop-out box.
It would be great if we could have highlighting as formatting option in addition to bold and italicize.

Conditional Logic : able to pick from multiple answers
When applying conditional logic on a task, from a task that requires data collection, allow multiple answers to condition the task.
For example: Step one requires you to answer "a", "b", or "c".
Step two is applicable to both "b" and "c" being answered in step one. Right now, only one of the answers can condition step two.Hopefully that makes sense. :)

Add year to checklist name
When our re occurring checklist run its automatically add the month and day. It would be useful if this includes the year as well. We are manually adding the year on each checklist we run at the moment.

Percentage progress custom measures
I was wanting to enter time for each checklist item and have that as a % progress measure rather than no of checkboxes completed out of entire list. Can we have such custom factors?

Late checklist emails list unfinished tasks
We use checklist for recurring daily tasks, in particular morning checklist evening checklist etc. Some checklists will contain many steps/tasks. It will be very useful for team to see which steps were not completed from checklist when late checklist email goes out without logging into manifestly every time. It would also help then to see notes which user can add to steps for those tasks. For example user does morning checklist but can't complete step d because X. They make a note on the step and when late checklist email goes out everyone knows right away why it was late

Assign to multiple tasks
Within a checklist, it would be nice to be able to multi-select tasks and assign in one step to a person/role.

Allow tasks to have multiple assigned roles (for notification pruposes)
If I have a Project Meeting which will be attended by Client, PM and Consultant and PM and Consultant are both internal users of manifestly and slack, I want to assign all 3 ROLES to the project meeting.
I know the client will not get a notification in this case (being external) but its correct to show that the meeting involves all roles.

Relevative Due date from future task due date
Currently, tasks can only be set as due after a previous date
If I manually set a task date, I'd like to set tasks as relative to that.
ie
STEP 29 - Complete Project Signoff (due 7 days before PROJECT COMPLETION DUE DATE)
